    for 999 seals you can get 7 day speed shard :-) (check starter pack)

    you can also restart every 3 days to the point when you have plenty of seals or are able to end the storyline having 1st speed shard :-)

    but I opt for a 30 days speed shard without xp bonus which you can buy with a seals from weakly quests, I think it should be obtainable in less then 1000 seals (so it is possible to use it on all heroes not only on "the only one"). May be it should be a speed license not a speed shard? :-)

    btw.. not all players know it but in the middle of chapter 1 you can get 2 troops 75 of archers/sentinels (I think it was added somewhat in the last year) and then you can grab 90 priests which are helpfull till end of chapter 1. With additional 100 zombies experienced player have lots of possibilities/except zombies can not be healed and are only partly usefull.

    Demolishing building gives additional "free" archers, sentinels.

    I think reinforcment should be possible to be bought in chapter 1 from a shop as a paper working only once per battle and giving for example 5% less additional people.

    P.S. I think speed and xp shards should have theirs own slots or minor shards should be dropped from rewards as gaining them in 1st days are mostly harmfull.
    But for truth, any reason to have speed reduced?

    long explanation:
    I would like to add better tutorial/ tiered PVP. I'm a DK 14, and I still don't understand the PVP, I did it 1x when I was a level 5...I think.It would be nice to have an area where new players can really learn their own particular fighting/magic styles. Maybe gifts of potions and scrolls could be the prizes, which would allow them to learn more (oh how I wish I hadn't discarded or wasted so many useful scrolls because I didn't know how to use them back then!)

    Hello. These are my suggestions.
    I am playing the Heroes of Might and magic series since 95 and I like the MMHO version very much even though there are so many issues and I think I have experience almost all the bad things in this game but still playing it.
    I have raised more than 10 Heroes of all classes to the Dragon Knight status and now I play without dead time during a fight that has less than 300k Battle Power(time needed to construct a strategy for the battle). I now get to level 30 before the 3 days shard expires but I have acces to upgraded troops/artefacts via balifs.I am going to stick with what you can do with your first hero.
    1. In my opinion is much more easy to start with the undead faction because of torpor and webbing spears. This allows you to finish a fight with little to no casualities.
    2. The starter pack should be available FOR FREE(pay later)/999 seals after you defeat the first siege battle and you will have to pay the 999 seals to unlock Sandro (if you got the starter pack for free).This way the new players could access Forgotten Sites at level 5.
    3. There should be a kind of tutorial that suggests the first 5 skills you should take (for undead I think rush/torpor/reanimate core and soul mark should be the first 4 skills you should take). This can be done like this: Once you get a new ability point, when you open you ability tree, it will not be the prime school that pops up every time, but the ability school that has the skill that is suggested to be learned and that skill to be highlighted and a message like the one that lets you know that you need to improve your artefacts or that you need to recruit more troops.
    4. There should be a posibility to join a guild that has no recruitment requirements. You should be able to acces a table of guilds after you create your first town where you can join any guild that has subscribed to the table of guilds without any officer/sergent to be available online.

    Since the first 7 levels represents less than 1% of the game it should be the moment where the game lures a new player to become a regular player.

    Hi,

    I play the retro games when my internet is down - whilst looking for a patch I found the online version which I really enjoy; here's my views as a player and game designer

    What do you like? And why?
    The game play is an interesting and unique blend of RPGs on the market. I enjoy the turn based mechanism and advanced character attributes. The graphics and story are great and can't fault.

    What don't you like? And why?
    The game is tailored towards people of a certain age- it's information overload at first; I'd like to know the age demographics to establish if it's factored young people in to it. I'd say it's for 15+? Kids play games from the age of 10~ and only a few simple changes at the start of the game could draw in those players.

    The access to the game is a struggle - I like how you've made a unique browser for the game but why isn't it an application? There is so much functionality to having an app- you can port it to multiple platforms such as Amazon, Facebook, Google Play and iTunes. Plus it would run quicker and smoother.

    What would you like to add? And why?
    You've captured the HOMM feel so I would only change a few things-
    • Town Hall
    • GUI
      Class Specialisation - Include Faction as a header

    What class/faction have you played?
    Necromancer and Necropolis

    Suggestions
    • Appearance
      More unique attire- post the sprites on the forum so that the community can help? Reward XP or Battle Points
    • Pets
      Give the player a pet at level 5 or 7- don't make it overpowered; gives the payer some kind of reward and introduces a new battle type
    • Chat
      Don't display the game chat on login - it's confusing for a new player; remove the chat functionality until level 4? After level 4 introduce it and make it appear on login.
    • Resources
      Create a new HUD or a hide button. It's not one of the things I'd like to see all the time. I don't go in to battle thinking how much ore I have. I only check it when I'm about to build or upgrade a building.
    • Castle
      Make it display the Town Hall on click- doesn't make sense to display nothing on first open

    What would you like to add? And why?
    You've captured the HOMM feel so I would only change a few things-
    • Town Hall / Workers Hall
      Want to bring in more people over a time? Make it so they can collect every 10 to 30 minutes. Logging on every 6 hours doesn't really entice somebody to play for 6 hours- they'll log on every 6 hours and log off. Would be interesting to see the AVG length of game play


    Suggestions
    • Movement
      Don't get me wrong, I like the mouse click feel but is there an option for movement keys?
    • Visual Effects
      I'm on the lowest setting- a few things could still be hidden such as the players green shadow? I'm not sure if this is a class or faction indicator, but is it necessary? See attached HOMM_1.png
    • Reserve HUD
      Option to hide it? Also why is it quite big- it's as though you can fit another slot at the end; if it is because of that make the slot visible and put a cost next to it. This would entice the customer to buy it. See attached HOMM_2.png
    • Quest HUD
      Option to hide all the text on the right hand side? The customer doesn't need to know what Chapter they are playing all the time so that can be moved stats HUD? See attached HOMM_3.png
    • Town Portal Warp[INDENT]Instead of warping the player to the Town why not just open up the Town?
    • Character offset
      My character seems to be very high on my browser? I'm not sure if it's because I'm on a widescreen laptop but it's hard to click on the castle. This could just be me though...
