    Please try the following:
    1. Empty your Flash player's cache.
    2. Empty your browser's cache.
    3. Restart your browser and try again.

    Unfortunately, this does not help! Neither emptying cache. Neither writing support. He wants to fix it.

    this is what I do every time automatically empty the cache, but it's not enough ..
