    I wonder if I am "supporter", I tried to contact support and is apparently impossible.

    Can you tell me if i'm "supporter"?

    I can not be spent enough money...

    I did not accept the new conditions, I just validate and apparently my file is sent. I guess the problem was there.

    It was important that this file be sent, I am reassured.

    Thank you BB_Eraya. I had to send the file into two parts and the first part was not received, too heavy I suppose.

    I finally reduces the size of the file and I returned the folder at once.

    So they received twice the folder, but one of them is incomplete. I have not rewritten to clarify, I guess they understand. I did not send more mail to nothing.

    Yes you have the supporter status as well! You can easily check if you have this status by going to http://clb.heroes-online.com/en-US/support

    If you see a short list of options, you do not have the supporter status yet.


    If you see a longer list of options, you do have the supporter status.
