You have two choices:
1. Write directly to support
2. Try to go into the fight with someone who does this quest too.

You can talk with support about your problem, or try to abort the mission and start again.if that fails,try to find a player with the same quest to finish it.
The story line quest can not be canceled. Or maybe I'm wrong?
You are correct Mrotar. That suggestion by the mod is not actually an option.
